Hai..dah lama saya tak buat 'post' tentang info kesihatan...asyik2 tentang personal ja..hehe. Bukan ape nieh pun saya dapat maklumat dari email saya..semalam cek2 email..ada lak email..tentang masa yang betul dan perlu minum air..dan diakhir info tersebut...kena forward kepada orang lain...huh! bila di pikir-pikir balik..baik saya letak kat blog aja..yerk la..dari saya foword as email.kat sape2...memenuhkan inbox orang lain...kena lak orang tu tak suka x pasal dapt jampi serapah percuma kan..haha (^_^) ok sila baca untuk pengetahuan sendiri..
